RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for another substitute. You can return or exchange your purchase up to 7 working days from the purchase date.

• PARCEL MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS
• Return or Exchanged products must be in good condition as received or packaged.
• Refund process in full via the same method of payment
• Refund must be signed and made within a period of 5 working days

Note that, In most cases this will be minus shipping and transfer fees, although if it was a blatant mistake by us we’ll pick up everything. Bottom line, to leave our customers satisfied and happy!

We’re keeping track on all orders you place. We as well provide order/tracking  reference on products as they are being sent and also Tracking on recent orders to verify validity and Assurance.
